We have registered capital of RMB80, 000,000, owning a building of 4,000 square meters: Cibao Building, in Baoshan District of Shanghai. We also have a processing center, covering 20,000 square meters. Our processing center has six lifting and installation devices, including small and large traveling cranes and eight processing production lines.
Our annual sales amount is over 2 billion, with annual sales quantity of over 300 thousand.
Based on Shanghai Cibao's market, we invested Jingsu Cibao Modern Steel Sheets (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. in 2005, occupying 100,000 square meters. The total investment value is USD25, 500,000, and registered capital is USD15, 500,000.
Then, we have changed from a purely business company to be a large comprehensive enterprise, integrating steel trade, processing, storage and production.
